This family tree contains the combined families of Jones / Thomas of Wisconsin and Minnesota and the Osgood / Kell families of Missouri and Minnesota.

The Jones and Thomas families both migrated from North Wales in the 1840's. After their arrival in the United States, they moved inland to Wisconsin (first Racine then Dodge, Jefferson, Columbia Counties). In the early 1900's, many relocated to Minnesota, Michigan, Florida, New York, Massachusetts and Maryland.

The Osgood family line covered here moved to Lewis County, Missouri from Illinois and then branched out from there to Minnesota, California, Utah and other western states in the early 1900's. The family dates back to the mid-1600's in Massachussetts.

The Thwing family migrated from England to Boston, Mass. in the mid-1600's. From there, they branched out to Maine and other locations around the US. The focus here is on the Thwing families that moved from Boston to Woolrich, Maine in the late 1700's and then on to Wisconsin and Minnesota in the late 1800's.

The Kell family was located in Lewis County, Missouri in the late 1800's. No further information is available at this time.
